Let's see somebody ya' know beat this , wrote this song while in places like the pic .

~~~~~ Backwaters View ~~~~~~
I can see the Mountains
from anywhere I am
Those Snows fill the Fountains
I do believe it's planned ,,
The Earth around me
Living and breeding life
like an experiment to discover
if we can keep our sight
There's another Springtime
right outside my Door
and as I gaze up to the Peaks
I almost can't stand it anymore
it's as though they beckon me
to come to their feet
and find solace ,,
when I'm down and Weak
yes this the View
right outside my Door
I know you wonder
what I may have found
that grows an insight deep ,,
and you know the Wonder
on which I rely and am bound
shows me all I ever need
to fill my life complete
It's not that easy being me
it's not just anyone
who can release and get free
seems we have a Culture
where we must always prove
what we can achieve
so many people, just like a Vulture
prey on others , and forget
to grow a soul
in fact , they can't even believe
But I'll just pass on through
if it's just the same to you
I have no foundation
set in any single place
I can be as Free
as the smiles
on a child's face
I know there's insanity
rampant in every single city
But I don't have to worry
I slip through that just fine
and isn't it a Pity
we can't all give ourselves
that Grace ,,,
So today
when that Springtime
came to sit upon my day
I took a stroll to just enjoy
all of her Beauty
as I've done so many springs before
I came to the Stream
where I sit and wonder
found new friends with which
to greet
and all this life that I dream
it's Nature that makes my soul complete ~~~~ End ~~~
Nice eh ? heh hee
And So,,,
Taking a Hint from Mdog , I moved off out of the Cookes Range and into the San Luis Valley of Colorado , to seek the
French Trappers Lost Gold Hoard just East of Monte Vista Co.
I did find the French Stone Monuments they set up to mark their Cache , but I did not dig it out .
Why not ?
well , within two days of my arrival on site , a Village of Travel Trailers moved in and set up a Base Camp .
As well , two of those Big High Top style camper Vans were Parked within 45 yards of the Cache for about a Week .
Oh well ,,,
Pictures to come folks ,
Post the location and I will have a team there tomorrow with enough equipment and electronics to make the men in black look bad you are in my backyard when in the SLV. 5-22-19 221.jpg .
What do you think they were looking for up there.
Hmm good question, I am a rookie in this field but I know the mountain. No turtles there though that I’m confident in saying. Who ever they are good luck!
Definitely a good place to go check out looks like good access to get in and that helps a lot nice views of the country to.
a few years back someone was posting a lot about this area (if its the Caballos you’re talking about). Something about a site at the canyon was being “watched” or guarded at some point in time.
I never figured out why all those cables were crossed all over the West side of the Caballos. As a kid I used to fish the lake, not much more than Carp. There was a security guard shack at the East end of the road crossing the DAM in the late 60's /early 70's. No Trespassing signs all around. As kids we explored quite a bit around the base area of the West side of the Caballos up against the lake, but you couldn't venture too far East toward the mountain due to "No Trespassing". Lots of interesting rock and plenty of deep sand in that area all the way to Percha Dam down river,occasionally a bluff around the river leaving Caballo Lake. We were always told by locals (bait shop folks) that they were getting Gold, thus the guard shack.
For me, his first post had me wondering. It’s the punctuation: spacing before commas, periods. Then at some point there was the excessive comma usage. ,,,,,, That was it. Rog is my favorite read. I want to believe.
Hi Rog ,
The other day i figured out that i was going to need a temple knife for a little distraction on a work related sideproject . I know the details are vauge , something about the owners need for secrecey .So no need to disclose why i felt compelled to order such a thing.
Anyway in protest to the whole world bracing for somethings right straight out of Steven Kings , "The Stand". I Ordered this from Lower Lorraine France , i guess they don`t call it that anymore , but you will know why where it came from made me smile . Also , just by happenstance the order was placed on Friday the 13th .2020 . At least it was already the 13th just outside of Paris when it was ordered.
Anyway enough of me babbling, here are pictures cause The latest tracking info shows it stuck in an airport terminal somewhere in France . I figured you would get a kick out of it . Screenshot_20200315-111109.jpg Screenshot_20200315-111051.jpg
