I read a thread about a guy reposting previous finds as if they were new ones. I’ve posted several versions of these J-hangers and harness rings before. These were from today. Those J-hangers are prolific here. I’ve got 5 or 6, each a little different in length and or width. I’m guessing harness rigs were hung from them many years ago. The bottom item is unusual to me. It appears to be 1/2 of a shoe. One end is broken off and the other is good. The large holes have raised bosses around them, either for strength or traction. I looked in my shoe resources but did not find such a style. I assume a whole, unbroken one would have 3 of the large holes.
