Ain't it a kick in the pants when you drive an hour away and get skunked then come home and find goodies in your backyard? It makes it even worse when you've lived in your house for years and never searched around your back porch. Think we've all been there!

That hurts my feelings. I bought a bracelet just like that one for my wife. Come to think about it...I never see her wear it. Hmm..

Cool Jeff, you've certainly got a lot of mileage out of that tree!

The most reasonable interpretation may be U S I C. United States I? Command. Or United States Intelligence Corps?

Any colleges nearby?

thanks ! no colleges, other then Penn State Schuylkill.

at least nothing that could possible even date back 20 years.
let alone the 50's /60's which seems to cover the minimum date
of the finds, & when the Private dump was covered over & Slowly
turned into a Park. with Benches, Picnic Table, BarB'Q Pit, Tractor Tire Swing ,
spring,
Etc. (all Gone since 70's / 80's)

U.S. overstamped with IC. Someone was probably thinking they'd get busted for misappropriation not knowing the surplus stores would have bucket loads of em. Check your local surplus store, I'll bet they've got a bucketful in the back somewhere.
