pretty sure its "Central Pacific Rail Road",although I cant find a match?I know I have seen that lock before.................

Looks to me like a P RR Adams & Westlake Co. The "P" is for Pennsylvania. lock.jpg Jimhart, After you mentioned that it has "S & M" on it, I now believe that it was manufactured by Stuart & Masterson Co in Phila. Both companies made these locks for the Pennsylvania RR.
