ALC = Alcohol. It's an old one, mid 1800's, maybe older. IMO.

A.L.C. isn't alcohol IMO, most likely the glass house's initials, it a rolled lip med but I can't tell by the pic of the base if that's a pontil scar or not, if it is 1850's, if not 1865ish plus or minus 5 years would be my guesstimate...

Zoomed in and it's definitely pontiled and with it being colorless, I'm thinking 1850 at the latest. Have no idea what the "A.L.C." means offhand. The context of your find might help.
