I make a pretty good dove dish with celery, onions, pan seared dove and then stick it in the oven with a good white wine to braise it slowly in the oven.Great over a pile of wild rice or quinoa.

Y'all are making me hungry. I haven't had my breakfast yet.:laughing7:

FEMA Region 3 Has Been Activated: Emergency Situation Breaking In West Virginia

Not an emergency at all, unless you want to drink tap water, take a bath, brush your teeth, make formula for your kids, wash your hair and all those other things people do with municipal water supplies.

Does activation of FEA region 3 mean anything dastardly?

Word of advise Red.... Be very careful and don't shoot yourself in the leg while its being humped again. Then again... maybe your willing to take one for the team.

Just a FYI but the local news stations are saying the crisis in WV is pretty much over. I'm only about an hour from the border so we get the local news for that area. Then again I don't always believe what I see on the news so who knows... :dontknow:

I would believe the crisis with that water is over when I see the owner of Freedom Industries drink a big glassful dipped fresh out of the river 5 miles down stream. On another note, Freedom Industries informed the EPA that there was another chemical released during the crisis, PHP or something like that. They never informed anyone they were storing it, nor did they have the authority to store said chemical. I may have the abbreviation wrong, my apologies.

My family that lives in the affected area tell me that the only way to eradicate the contamination is to replace every water line that it has run through . Imagine the cost of that .
