Relics and SLQ

Hello All. Dug an old orange grove today and came up with an SLQ.

This is my 4th one of these coins and the date is wiped on every one...ARRGGH...still a very welcome find. Also got some head stamps and a "1902" lock.

Nice Type 2 SLQ. Interestingly enough you may be able to speculate on the date based on how sharp this coin was struck. I read that later in the "raised date" series, the dies began to wear out causing poor strikes.

Either way, great SLQ. You'll find a sharp one soon I bet. It's a numbers game
