Ring, Key, Clad, Boy Scout thing and a whatsit

Here are my finds from today. I dont think that ring is silver. The whatsit has something to do with whiskey, a cap from one maybe? It says Frankfort Distilleries Inc Louisville. Looks kinda old. Any ideas?
