My finds from the short hunt today. I can't think of a better way to spend your day off. I found five 3 ringers fired and dropped, .69 round ball, part of a friction primer, shell frag, grommet, Eagle button, part of pocket knife, Spencer brass casing and rivet.

Congrats on the civil war relic finds. If you don't already know, the square iron frame things with a wide "hook" on one side are links from a 20th Century belt-drive chain, also called a roller-link chain. See the photos below.
