Nice. Lots of people used to have these metal cards imprinted with their social security number, and use them in place of their paper card. It probably dates to the 50s or 60s.

True . Maybe even '70's. I had one made of mine at a flea market in the mid 1970's. Lost it along with the wallet I had it in several years later. County fairs used to have booths where they made them as well.
