I buy new rolls of ever coin I can at the bank as soon as they come in, im wondering on my new presidential dollars they come in cool paper rolls with the presidents name on the roll...Should I leave them in those paper rolls as they came from the mint then store them in my lock box, or should I get after market plastic (or whatever they are made of) tubes to keep them in...I in the past have not touched them once they were bought, and put away...What about pennys, and nickels??? I was thinking on the dollar coins the original rolls might increase the value since they are unique rolls...Thanks for any input, Tom

If possible always leave the coins in the mint rolls. Therein lies the rub, how to store them so the paper roll stays in the best possible condition. Depending on the size of the coins the roll may fit into the tubes paper and all. I have a glass tube that originally housed one big momma of a cigar, that sort of thing is also good.
best of luck ;)
