I don’t knap much anymore. Too much pain. After 20+ yrs of knapping my shoulder, elbow and wrist are shot. I tried to chip a point out of Harrison Co IN flint the other day. I pushed it a little too hard notching and broke it.

Here’s one I made back when I was at my best. This is made from ball flint I found near Eddyville KY.

Still good workmanship, interesting the break we all find so many "snapped base" artifacts this could be one of the ways they were broke during the making of the notch.
