Hey guys, Family and I are going to visit some friends (US Citizens, working for BAE) in southern England. I wanna take my MD. I have researched and read some, everything points to OK... But, wanna hear it from you guys. I haven't called the airline yet as we haven't decided on a carrier yet. Should I take my MD apart and just carry the elecs as carry-on? Put whole thing (broken down) in a hard case and chk it? I'm not taking tools, will get there. Anyone been to the UK and brought finds back? I know there something like a 100 yr old rule your not suppose to bring it out of the UK before having it chk'd and such. Any advice would be great...
