The beach was good to me again!

My 1st day off was obligated with medical appointments with my bride, so yesterday, it was time to go 'tectin! The wife wanted to go, so we loaded up the dynamic schnauzer duo and headed for the lake. It was a breezy, 60ish day, but the sun was shining, and our season is going to end before I know it or am ready for it.

My 1st target was a pop can, doh, and then my 2nd was an 1900 IH, wow, was I happy, not a foot away I dug another good target, another IH, a 1901. Now I know a 2 Indian head day is nothing for some of you fine folks, but for me, it's unbelievable. Farther down the beach I dug another ring, a small Black Hills gold 3 leaf, that desperately needs a shine. Farther down the beach I dug a weakish good signal, and pulled out the 1918, and with a signal still in the hole, found another Merc, a 1936-D. Not terribly far away I found yet another Merc, a 1942-D. Besides the keepers I ended the day with a sack of clad, 6 quarters, 11 dimes, and 13 pennies. My dogs & I were tired, and I thanked God for another glorious Montana fall day with a hobby that makes me happy!

I did not figure you could find any old coins on the beach. I guess I thought this cause lots of people hunt the beaches. Well you proved that wrong... Whats the saying go good things come in 2's?
