1. Buy an island out in a remote location somewhere.

2. Declare war against the United States.

3. Let them conquer me and get billions of dollars in aid, food, money, housing, hospital, medical supplies, transportation and building supplies and equipment, etc.

4. Sit back, enjoy sucking up the free resources from the United States!

As much as I hate them, the very first thing I would do is hire a lawyer. As soon as you get that money there are going to be a whole bunch of people trying to get it from you. I would do everything possible to disappear.
