I really have to just do my own assessments using my own tools instead of just listening to theories from the news weather people... I know better even.
The local TV weathermen really like to milk these storms for extra camera time.

Here's a similar recipe to the one we used.
Spinach Lasagne

If I looked in the old cooking recipes I'd find it. It was the dish we made in a cooking school course I took probably 30 yrs ago. We made it often---then for some odd reason we stopped. Got too busy maybe.:icon_scratch:

We got our first moisture in a while and it made the berry planting very boot sticky today.
I ran full out for 6 hrs and got 90 raspberry plants in today and I legs are kind of burning now from digging in the heavy earth.
Back to fencing again tomorrow I hear, we got 22 poles in yesterday so that leaves 1 anchor post to do.
Then it will be straightening up the whole thing and then driving in the 48 12 ft T Bars in between the cedar posts.

Jim,

Well we change it up a bit we used swiss chard from the garden instead of spinach. The ricotta cheese was a bit overipe so we changed it for cream cheese instead.

Makes a nice hearty meal.

My sister in law was very touched by the jewelry. She teared up. Later, she was telling her husband of 30+ years, that I gave her jewelry from my mom that was her birthstone. He asked,” What is your birthstone?” OOPS!! LOL !
On the way home, we stopped in Noblesville and had dinner at Grindstone Public House. It was my suggestion. Mr WD and his crew built and installed the back bar in there. So I got to see the finished product and he got to see how the workmanship was holding up. It looks great. We had a stuffed mushroom appetizer (awesome). I had the Cobb salad(delish). He had the Ahi steak which was not so good. He said he should have known better to get that so far away from the ocean. [emoji854]

So do we have an “All clear?” Is everyone safe?

Eta will come off the Gulf at Crystal River around 12:30am, then pass over Ocala/Marion county between 4:00-5:00AM as a tropical storm with the possibility of tornados. :toothy2:
Then all clear. :weather_sun:

Morning ARC
As long as the socks are dry it's a good start.
Hope the damage is minimal.

Morning Pepper.

Gee I just had a thought-maybe you don't wear/need socks in the warm FL. :icon_scratch:

Back in the early 80's I was in San Diego and was chatting with the table next to us on the pier patio.
I commented it was nice to shed the winter coat finally and enjoy the fabulous warmth.
The woman commented that she didn't own a winter coat-and I thought "Oh poor you, how unfortunate not to have the basic necessities".
Years later I recalled the story to the Mrs-and she said " She didn't need one silly!" Then it hit me daw.....:laughing7:
