Tonight on the menu cheesy quinoa bake. We'll change up some of the ingredients sauteed leeks and swiss chard instead of broccoli should be tasty.

Well we decided to uninviting ourselves for the annual Xmas dinner get together.
Kingston has the highest # count for the virus.
Found out yesterday that a group of University students that we met through a gardening program all have COVID.
All double jabbed, healthy yet they all got it.
So we'll be hermits, and are ok with that.
Told the Mrs that I'm good, don't need her running around to stores buying me a present, staying healthy is a great gift.
