NB,

you have one and want another.

"The reason I ask is I have one now and would
like another but only one more."

Why another?

The two would depend on what you have
and what type of hunting you do, or want
to do. Will one be just an extra? Want to go
deeper? Water? Gold nuggets? Weight? Satisfaction
with the one you have? Lot of different factors to
consider.

have a good un..............

coin-shooting and jewelry are My MD interests with relics thrown in there too.
I like My garrett, but still wonder- is there better, Easier, deeper ??
I guess if I had a choice of ADDING to My arsenal--
Whites DFX and Minelab Exp II--
and keeping existing detectors!!
Course then I'd never learn any the way a person should-- which is
probably still the most important skill- KNOW YOUR DETECTOR!!!

Success in metal detecting is about 20% detector brand and 80% operator. I have seen many, many people with very inexpensive metal detectors find more old coins and jewelry than people who own top of the line.

Bottom line, regardless of what type detector you have, it's only as good as the operator.
