Well I haven't got out much lately due to my arm cup breaking on my MXT PRO :BangHead: . Just got the new one from Whites yesterday :hello2: . Got out this morning for two hours and hunted a large school field that has only given up one silver in the past 4 years . That one was a Franklin half ! Finally not more than 15 minutes into the hunt I got a +74 VDI at 3 inches , turned out to be a homemade silver crucifix . Then about an hour later and a tone of clad I got a sweet +92 at two inches ! It was a nice 925 sterling ring , #122 ring for the year :icon_thumright: . I was done playing in the mud and went home . Total clad was $11.74 .

UPDATE
It turns out the inlay on the silver ring is glow in the dark . Here is the best picture I could get of it in the dark .

Sweet crucifix! Love the homemade stuff.
I didn't think that ring was silver at first glance. Nice!
I'm finding a lot of rings but amost no silver and no gold for a while.
I think I've hunted out the whole city. lol

Lovely saves! Ya know, I think I was getting spoiled there for a bit. It got so that if I didn't find a ring on a hunt, something was wrong. ;) LOL

I have been thinking the same thing here up north . The is the first silver ring I have found since mid September . I have to re think my hunting of old locations I have hunted over the past 16 years .

You're not the first guy to suffer a broken cup Glen. Don't you have duct tape? :laughing7: I'd lose my mind if my machine was down for any length of time.

Nice Silvers this week and Big Gold last week.
