Unusual Silver find

I was at the beach today and found this small silver box buried at about
6". When I picked it up, I noticed that it was probably a pendant as it had
two hang points on the top.
I also noticed the end of it was open and there was something inside it.
I was just hoping that it was a gold coin wrapped up in paper, but
when I got home I took a pair of tweezers and pulled out the packet inside.
It was soft and was wrapped in thread many times over. I was thinking it
was probably a small packet of someone's ashes (ugh!), but when I started
unwrapping it, it looked like paper only, so I kept going. The paper really
started to stink (a nasty smell) when I was unwrapping it, so when it was fully
unwrapped, I took a picture of the words and dumped the two papers in the trash.
Anyone read Arabic or Hindi? What does it say?
Hope it's a good luck prayer and not about passing on into another world.
I took two picks of the one paper because I don't know which way it reads.

I wouldn't throw any of it out until you find out what it says. Looks important, maybe something official, looks like the purple circular thing may be some type of seal or stamp for a document. Can't i.d. it but it is a awesome find, Ken.

Man get that piece of paper out of the trash. Double bag it in 2 ziploc bags until you find out what it is. Man it could be some highly guarded secret. At least hold onto it until you can figure out what it is. Might be the Holy Grail or something. Indiana Jones type stuff. Awesome find.

It sure looks Islamic to me not that iam a expert or anything but being from the Subs near NYC in the past i used to see a lot of people stop there cars at sunrise or sundown no matter where they were get out kneel on a cloth and pray face the East if they could not make Temple in time and bury a little prayer in the ground it sure causes traffic jams , if thats any help ?

I found a small sealed aluminum tube that had the same type of scripted in it, someone told me it was a Islam Prayer?

It is a prayer note. They were asking for help in finding buried treasure.
