Hello everyone,

Went to my old honey hole, but with my sis (who got my hand-me-down garret...which is a different post) I found-

Copper bracelet
green truck
car part
football charm, very small and deep...i love my dfx
1963 Canadian cent
Winne the pooh button...looks old
kids lock
bullet case
and a weird eye...looks like it went to a toy or novelty alligator head

Then, the good part.

I was at my neighbors yard and got a nickel signal. then i saw a bunch of bullet cases...a lot of bullet cases. It took 20 minutes to pluck most of them out. I also found two clad cents, some marbles, and a large bullet case. I think some kid buried it or something. whew....

The eye is extremely cool. I like it lots!! The marbles are also nice. And the old green truck is awesome. Good on ya for giving your old detector to your sis. Kids' caches are always interesting. Never know what you'll find when a kid buries his/her treasures.

Cool finds. I like the eye too. I guess I don't have to say be careful in the ground with that digger where you found the casings since I am sure you already know to be careful in the ground with that digger where you found the casings since lots of folks keep their rounds loose in the pocket until reload time which how live rounds end up in the ground where you found those casings.....whew....GL with more finds and that new machine.

Sorry....I am a dad. What can I say?

Laater...

nope...kinda wished there was one...

Also, you guys have no idea how long it took to clean them! (about and hour and a half with a toothpick)

Nice finds.

Hey, that stuff looks like it came from one of my spot......j/k

I found an eyeball ring that sort of resembles that, except my has a green eye. I don't think they're that uncommon. Does the design around the edge match yours?

I'm waiting for my batteries to charge so I cant take a picture right now. The picture that I used of my eyeball ring was on file.

The back should have a solder mark in the middle where the adjustable band was solder on. If you need me to post it latter I will.

The eyeball ring I have is a cheap one but nice ones are available. Most likely the solder stuck the the band part and all that is left on the back of the eye is the heat mark from where the solder was stuck.

Awsome, a perfect match...i expected the mark to be on the ends of the eye instead of the middle....sweeeeeeeeeet
