just trying to find out more about my find , the date on it is 1923,, talks about how he was first president to speak on radio, and how he was the first newspaper publisher elected to the presidecy.. where can i find out more about this coin? thanks

Looks to me to be one of the Shell (oil company) President series medals - given away as an educational/promotional deal in the 1970s. There was one for each President (ala the Presidential dollar coin series), they had a holder available, and you got one with each fill-up. Maybe post an in-focus closeup (macro - the flower symbol on your camera) of the other side and we can tell.
