I found this today but no one I asked seems to know what it is. The land owner also didnt know.

Those are field windings like in an alternater which it could be

Looks a little small to be an alternator part. With the gear on the end I am guessing it is an electric motor.

It's a little DC motor missing the bottom cap:

Probably from a remote control car or small toy if I had to guess.

It looks like an rc car motor something that has a low kv for sure do to its size. I raced rc cars and it looks like the same size and spur gear.
