I'm not aware of a thread here on TNet regarding natural remedies. But we sure need one - I have a lot to say.
for example;
Highlighting on our national news here is the recently proven effect of (super)high doses of Vitamin C.

In my experience, taking heaps of vitamin C when feeling ill, seems to have helped me.

For all my sins, I am enjoying an every morning tipple of a 'double' of apple cider vinegar (it has to be the one with the 'Mother' in it), with a dash of water.
Cleanses the palate and focuses the mind
Then comes the #$%^&*Motorway
