Friday Night:
Fried haddock fish sandwitch with tarter sauce
Baked macaroni and cheese
Worked hard today, and didn't feel like making cole slaw, but it sure would have
been good.

Re: What's For Dinner?

Had cold, soggy crust, burnt top, homemade pizza.
It was great.
Birthday party at a poor families home at the end of a dirt road in the mountains.
Food was cold but love was warm.

Friend,
What a wonderful opportunity you had to spend with someone on their birthday!
I have had to celebrate birthdays, Thanksgivings, Christmases and other times in my life as an adult alone. I try to make the best of it by volunteering at Church Dinners, doing a little "something extra" for myself or just taking the time to write to friends and family so far away.
Bless you for making someone's "special day" more special by your attendance! :icon_sunny:

Best Wishes,
Scott

Well, kids,
Looks like a new batch of potato soup and balogna sandwiches...

One thing that I've learned in my thousands of years is that poor people can't be choosey...
A meal is a meal!
Best served with a loved one!

Best,
Scott
