Re: What's For Dinner?

I just failed to heed a lesson that my Mom taught me so many years ago.

So, I'm making my meatloaf; have some boiled rice for filler in a bowl, the hambuger is next in the bowl, then a sprinkle of this spice and a dash of that, then I crack an egg into the bowl as a binder before mixing it all up.
THE EGG WAS ROTTEN! :tard: YUCK!
Mom always said to crack your eggs in a cup because you might get a bad one.
Through complacency, and not having gotten a bad egg for years, I've ruined my dinner plans.
Guess it's ramen noodles for dinner tonight. Again. :'(

Best,
Scott

Re: What's For Dinner?

We were going to have cheeseburgers, man & cheese and corn, but After reading our Son and Daughters lunch schedule for school and finding out they were having tacos this week We got a craving for them.

So tonight we are having Tacos with a mix of ground beef and ground deer meat, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, onion, salsa and Tabasco on soft shells.

My Friend Extractor,
I used to eat a LOT of chicken, but, after seeing so many trucks carrying hundreds of chickens in tiny cages to their Slaughter, I have decreased my consumption of chickens.
That being said, That looks good!
I might have to think of that or some other type of chicken for an upcoming dinner. ???

Best,
Scott
