This series of spoons were patented in 1915 by William Rodgers and Son of Hartford Conn. I thought it would be older given the age of the cellar hole we were hunting but, saw listings of these spoons on EBAY. :'( Oh Well. Thought it was a nice find to post anyways. Thanks to Golden 1 for the nice camera pics. HOGGE

Hogge,
I found a United States of America knife last week that was from the same series. Mine did not have any of the silver plating left but it also had the Pat. date of feb. 23 1915. I'm out of town right now but when I'm back I'll post a picture. By the way I thought mine was older also before I saw the date on the back.
It was still a cool find.
