Had to get out and md today but the rain came and stopped my digging Thats ok i found silver in that there field.

Nice going AA, despite the rain, which you need out there, so a win win for you today. Ya did better than I did, I spent a couple hours walking and swinging in our warmest day of the week, 28* and luckily the ground is not frozen but for a crust under the leaf mulch, so I plan on going out again tomorrow. I did get a whatisit and a old brass keyhole cover, and a nice 3 mile walk.

Great digging,by the looks of all those wheats I bet there is a lot more silver out there to find. Did you find the old swimming hole? Maybe you can locate where they used to practice parachuting,bet they would drop all manner of items doing that. I had a Garrett 550 as well found a ton of coins with it,gave it to one of my twins for christmas,hes caught the bug as well,good dependable machine,get a rain cover for that thing and get back out there,when its dumping rain you can hunt around the trees,HH...Shoot
