You're right it is interesting to hear the different logistics of other crh'ers. I planned my dump situation based on another crh'er. It has really streamlined things. Also have picked up a ton of good info from this forum.

Somewhat accurate 16 month totals

I started coin roll hunting about 16 months ago... however I really didn't start tracking until middle of 2014 so the numbers overall are accurate, but I don't have a specific total(s) for 2014. I've started tracking with spreadsheets and this has helped a ton in determining how much and where I find it. As you all know weeks and month sure can blend together.

Total silver coins CRH - 510
Teller Tray finds - 57
Coinstar - 13
Total - 580

Halves
40% - 374
90% - 60

Dimes - 110

Awesome year, Zomotion. I check the Coinstar machines every chance I get, and I've yet to pull silver out of one. But your respectable number of 13 on the year makes me want to keep on trying. I started CRH inApril of 2014. I think I ended up with about 30 oz.--not bad for a beginner. I hope to double that this year.

A little of everything this week. I've already found as many silver quarters as last year
The grocery store customer service counter has been working out great. If I wait about 2 weeks there's usually about $15 in halves and usually a little silver! HH in 2015,

Amazing that you found two silver quarters in just $210 worth of rolls. Most people don't even search quarters because there just aren't many silvers. I search a lot of quarters just to try to get all the clad varieties and dates. I seem to average about one silver per three or four boxes, and felt very lucky to even get those.

Totally agree with you on the quarters silverslug. The only reason I picked them up was due to another crh'er in my area grabbed all the cwr dimes and nickels before I got to the bank.... Saw him walking to his car with a bag full of rolls, and tellers confirming he nabbed everything a second ago. His miss is my gain

He'd be kicking himself right now if he knew. He did you a favor. Silver quarters in CRHing a few and far between. Nice finds!

First collection dump of the year!!! Bought 12 cwr rolls and came away with 34 40%ers! None of the coins were dated after 1984. Great thing is they have more! Different teller has them so might be different but I pick up another $140 on Tuesday. Every roll had silver besides 1 roll

On a bad note my halves boxes were missed again. There is a new merchant teller that was promoted and this is the 3rd time in 2 months. I'm patient to a point... I won't cause problems, but I may just order at a different branch if missed again.

Sweet! Zero just stumbled upon an epic collection dump--over 100 silvers. Looked like the collection was over 1/2 silvers. You guys are making me jealous. I once found 22 mercury dimes in a single roll, but that's as close as I've ever come to a silver collection dump. But it's great to know they are out there to be found.

I've included a pic of the '17d buff. It has a partial date and I feel confident the last digit is 7. If a 1917d, one is good condition is about $18. Any opinions or advice?

Ten must be the nastiest skunk streak I've ever seen. You're probably competing with a bunch of other hunters. But they will soon give up and leave all the silver for YOU. Keep on truckin'. I'm picking up 8 boxes on Tuesday--my biggest order ever. I'm hoping to avoid the skunkola.

Well the week ended up being great on the cwr. Stopped at a bank after an appointment out of town a bit....glad I did!

Asked for any halves and they said they had $220. I thought maybe a dump... But the lady said that a customer had brought them in a while ago. He kept them in a jar for his grandkids to pick and choose out of. He said they didn't want any more... My guess is they took all, the bens and walkers And left all the kennedys i'll take anything I can right now.....Especially since... Skunk streak is up to 12.

My usual 2 boxes wait for me at the bank tomorrow... if these are skunks I'm going to double down next week
