Submersible dredge ???

I'm looking at an submersable dredge for mounting on an ROV. Found a nice UW waterfall and stream bed at 40' but 200 minutes a day is hardly enough working time. I'd like to build something that would seperate and dump the cons into a removeable hopper to keep bottom time at a minimum. Just a 10 minute dive to change the hopper every few hours.
