Although I love art, I only took an art history class for some obscure reason-not because I necessarily wanted to. Maybe it was an elective. Anyway, I did enjoy the class immensely. In our book was a picture of a Titian Madonna. I was drawn to the eyes of Mary. There was something forgiving in them. Or some quality I can't explain.

Folks,

Our supper tonight was cipaille which is a traditional French Canadian stew dish for the holidays. We didn't use game meat though.
