And its only $9,999.99 lol

Right!!

I think it's a gold hunting specific PI.

Its gotta be somethin i was thinking either to compete more with the Atpro like a cheaper land/water machine. Or mayb somethin thats wireless like the deus xp. Probly gonna fold up. Or ya compete with the atx perhaps december 9th we'll see

The Great Terry Soloman has also informed us that a new Tesoro is forthcoming!? I think all new machines should be geared towards the AT-Pro. With a $600 price tag and fully waterproof, Garrett has reclaimed all debts in one machine! Why!? They were first. The ATX is for a specific use and to undercut the cost of Minelab's $5000 machines. Minelab usually sets the bar for industry standards. Yet, this is a new detecting age where cost and functionally matter. Best option would be a waterproof ETrac/Cortez combination for $1000. We'll see... Peace

I believe it's going to be more along the lines of competition. to the ATX I'm thinking $1800-2400 a scaled down GPX 5000

Either way whatever it is I do like to see what the companies come out with when they do. I like it my Wallet hates it. I do think.ur right though on something of a Pi they do need one less then the hefty 5000 gpx although from what ive heard thing is pretty high tech minelab for ya

Based on the teaser picture that came in an e-mail I received today:

Looks like it may be similar (at least in how it collapses..) to this counter mine one they have, but in blue and not green.

Love the idea of waterproof and compact!

That's my understanding too.....a waterproof SD2200 if you will......

Can't wait not to buy it!

Would like better target ID. Like -"this is a pull tab not a gold ring".
With those strips in the paper money you'd think there'd be a detector for those by now!

I'm glad to see new products but I've got the ATP and the F75 Limited and I'm still defining between the two. I like them both and they find plenty but you always have those that want the Cadillac versions and that's good too. What we need is more people dropping stuff and not bending over to pick it up. Good luck to you all.
