Just a couple of what I consider my best finds. Trouble is, they were found soooo long ago. I'm just picking up the hobby again and haven't pushed back past a few wheaties so far.

I do seem to have a bit of luck in finding things, or at least I used to, I'm hoping these will show what I mean.

But, has something changed? These coins came out a long time ago but even the new coins seem to be eaten up more by the ground these days. Has mineralization gotten worse over the years? :)

Thanks and yes they are in fine shape! But, that's part of my point. Back then, I found many, many more coins in good shape like these. :dontknow:
