I just joined the site yesterday, and what a fantastic and informative site it is. Great folks out there, and an unbelievable amount of finds! This will be my first post, so hopefully I get it right.
I just thought I'd post a few pictures of some of the things I've found last year. Most all of them were found on playgrounds. Some silver dimes, asst'd other coins, jewelry, tokens, & charms. My best find though was the 1945 Gold Mexico 2 1/2 Peso mounted to an earing backing. It was still shining like new when I dug it up. My next adventure will be checking an old abandoned late 1800's home that I finally received permission to detect at before they bulldoze it down to make room for a car lot. Also on the property is a barn, two outbuildings, and an outhouse. I can only hope to find some of the treasures that some of you have uncovered! I'll bring an extra pair of shorts just in case.

Sweet, yes the shorts are a good idea sometime (make sure to check the fenceline for fencepole banks...money buried under fence posts)
