Found my AT Pro back from warranty work on my step about 3:30 pm today. Can't beat Garrett when it comes to service. I hooked up my new Grey ghosts headphones and headed to a new site that I figure has not been hit hard in the water.I spent one hour in a 8 ft X 20 ft area and found 9 coins. Two wheats-- 50 and 48, 1967 dime, no date nickel, and couple younger dimes and Lincoln's. So nice to be back in the hunt and have success right out of the gate. Here are some pix, I'm doing everything from my old droid phone, so I hope you enjoy the pix

Slowevo was right, it's a 1952 D Franklin Half Dollar, I must have thought it was a eight before I cleaned it?

nicely done treble

Thanks buddy,I have to work on my digging muscles now, that water hunting is a little different. Going to take me awhile to work out all the bugs

Ha, your right, I don't know how I did that, must of looked like a eight before I cleaned it?

Great finds! Thanks for sharing...

Nice Franklin there! :occasion14: A good reboot hunt I'll say!

Nice half! I gotta get my atpro in the water, still haven't in the 15 months or so that I've had it

So far I really like them, they sound good and feel comfortable. I wish my hearing wasn't so bad (deaf in my left ear) but for the water hunts it works like a leash. The cord got in the way. The water I'm in is what they call around here "cedar water" kind of like tea color. So it is hard to see my coil, I have to come up with a way to mark the spot where I'm pinpointing so I can hit the target with my scoop. Grey Ghost Amphibians, I think they will work on land well also.

Thanks everyone for all your kind comments, I'll be in the water again today at that spot for sure!

Great hunt! Awesome coins! The cleaning job on the Franklin is fantastic, what did you use?

Would attaching a piece of silver colored plastic to the coil help you be able to see it in the water?
A lot of water guys when they can't see in the water, put their toe at the back of the coil when they pin point, then move the coil and put the scoop there.
Maybe one of those plastic driveway markers would work? Hope the spot keeps producing for ya! GL. HH!

Congrats on the Big Ben! I have yet to check that one off of my list, so you know that I am a little jealous. GL&HH!

Thanks Tom, keep digging, you'll probably find one someday, they minted about 23 million of them!

Thanks for all the other comments
GL and HH
