Hi,i found what looks like a military cap badge today in Ireland.In the middle it has the coat of arms (england,scotland,wales and ireland)i think.Around the coat of arms it has the Order of the garter.Can anyone identify this for me please?
I do not think its a royal engineers or marines badge...
Hope you can help finding out exactly what this is, ive been through hundreds of google pages trying.
I found it a few days ago near a new tree so they probably lifted it up some when they dug the hole for the tree.
