Soft. I can file off shiny dust from it. Hope someone can help. I don’t know what I’ve got here.
The closest that I have come to identifying this black, shiny, rock appears to be anthracite. It's pretty solid, very metalic in appearance, appears metamorphic.
Can anyone confirm? I have additional pictures if needed. Thank-you in advance.
