Yeah, the flying one is not street legal.
In outer space you have little time to work. Not much time when you are flipping upside down on the street; if anything goes wrong probably serious injury or worse. I can’t imagine anybody wanting to go upside down but probably a whole bunch of people want to. Jump the Snake River canyon? Maybe with a parachute for big money.
