Today I went out all day hunting in fields a nearby city, the findings are from the 17th century, 18th and 19th. (Centuries are more poor in my country) but despite everything I could find a good lot of findings and a day very good.
Greetings to everyone!

Good grief Charlie Brown!!! The other side of the pond is treating you to some excellent finds. Congrats :notworthy:

I just can not imagine finding anything as old as the stuff you find, awesome!

1654....Wow.
Very impressive stuff.

Awesome finds :icon_thumright: Congratulations :icon_thumleft:

thank you all for the Replys ! . :hello:
greetings.

Wow..that is really cool stuff...i get giddy when i find stuff from the 50's..lol..let alone the 17th Century...

Fine finds Hispan, anyone would be very pleased finding so much in a day. Its not always about finding old stuff, just finding stuff that you can ID is great enough. Its about having fun pulling the stuff out, just like fishing and not knowing what is on the hook. This hunt looks like to me to have been a lot of fun, although it was pretty dry soil.

I was wondering about the lead object in photo 3g. They look like spin leads but are so flat. I do find sometimes flat ones here but most are oval from top to bottom. What do you think they are, spin leads or maybe lead washers?

I like the way you heap your finds like a loot ;D
A pendant is probably a part of lavalier. Might be contemporary with Napoleonic button or later.

Your finds are excellent, and your photos are great. Some nice old coins and a few silver ones too. 8)

Do you have any information on this item? My friend found one at an early 19th century site here last year.

Hi ! :hello:
This hunt "was good because the place is nice and good weather (besides the place brings back good memories) ..... but the findings are not very old, could have things Roman and medieval hunting but I have to resign myself to hunt obgetos of the last centuries of my country are the most abundant and are for all fields near train stations, but they are also the poorest.
I have all the fields with Roman and Medieval remains in my area exhausted ,and I have vehicle to travel farther in search of new good fields .

and now the identification of the find:
I think it's a rocket launcher and that these two pieces were joined in this way.

Well sorry BB but it looks like to me to be an old swivel from the steering system of an old automobile. Of course I will be wrong, but maybe you have to post some more photos of it first.

WOW - great day

I hope to do as well as that today :-\
