$1 blown glass dragonfly thingamajig...is it old???

Brought home a $1 blown glass dragonfly over the weekend (seller said that it's a candle holder). The glass is a beautiful jade color. It measures 9 3/4" (wingspan) x 10 3/4". The wire is galvanized.
Any idea on how old it would be, or its maker??

Don't know about age but I would have bought it too, if even just for a garden ornament. That is a beauty!
