1 little indian......

Got out today with some buddies and ended up doing more driving than detecting.....found a nice little spot in the metroparks & pulled some nice coins. I got a low penny signal with my xlt and tried digging this indian head at about 7.5" and lost the signal.....I was ready to break my detector over my knee when my buddy pulled this out of the hole using his probe. So Im gonna go on record and call this one half his!!!

havent got one of these in awhile.......made my day

Somehow, all the driving seems to be worth it when you can take home a vintage coin like that. Nice going!
Now that you know how deep the coins are in that area, go back and dig more of those deep signals.
