I think I found the same coin as you about 2 years ago.
A 1763 1 reale, from the Mexico-city mint. (Milled-pillar type).
My oldest coin to date, and the only time I made the banner here on T-net.
I found several sites with info on Reales, but never a true price-guide.
Not that I had any intentions of selling it.

Actually, I don't really think they're worth all that much.
If I remember correctly, I was checking ebay, and old 1reales were going for $20-$30, depending on condition.
So you might wanna just keep it for the memory.

Buzzard King, thanx for the info. By the way it is the exact coin in your avatar and in better shape by at least one grade. I am not going to sell it, but am curious about value. I know its not too rare,but it's an aw some coin.
