I remember one Cop Telling a Speeder going over 150
he Could get the Charge Lowered to a Parking Violation .
I forgot what state. of course they still need to pay the high cost.
I guess their insurance doesn't find out though. and no loss of license.

was hard to hear , but sounded like this guy was claiming he didn't know he was being chased
I suppose it is possible considering he didn't need to be pitted
and eventually calmly pulled over.

They don't beat em! Read the report. There was a tiny puddle of oil & he slipped in it. That's how he got the multiple bruises and contusions about his head & shoulder area. Happens all the time dontcha know!
