10K and a Sterling

Was wandering down the shore in belly button deep water and hit The mans 10K ring. Looked to shore and saw an opening in the hand stacked rock break wall. started working my way towards shore then hit the sterling. Worked the area for a while then started heading back.
The wake board boats came out and I went home.

I am feeling good with the water hunting. It seams to help with my achy bones and asthma. Sun, Fresh air, Exercise.
The Cancer is behind me to. Life's a Beach! Back to work Mon. through Fri. gets me down.
