12 hours after joining this site I get my biggest score ever!

Joined this site last night and dont you know it this morning I went and picked up $200 in CW dimes at a local bank.

Got in my car and I see a mercury at the end. Unwrap other side and its a silver Roosie. Unwrap (in the parking lot) to find 80% silver mixed Mercury/Roosie. Open a few more rolls and inside are mixed 2-6 silver dimes each roll. 2nd to last roll was 100% silver!!

Final total:

51 silver roosevelts
57 mercury dimes

I went back in and purchased every CW quarter/nickel/penny the teller had.....will post any additional results!

I took pictures but I couldn't upload them, said the photo's were too large....

Maybe this website is my good luck charm!

18, 18, 29, 20, 27, 24, 27, 22; the rest are all 30's and 40's

I gotta start asking for customer wrapped rolls more often... I tend to only do boxes...

Since the beginning of this year ive done 7000$ in dimes, and ive only found 6 rosies. I was averaging 1.3 per bx out of 55 boxes the end of last year...

Well my day continues to shine...



out of all the nickels I bought:

9 war nickels
13 buffalo nickels (9 with dates)
1 liberty head v nickel (1907)

0 90% quarters

2 rolls of pennies with double wheat enders (havent opened yet)

Also got $76 additional in pennies from the same teller - will have plenty to sort with the 3 feet of snow coming

From my regular bank i got: 7-40%, 1-90% in my first box of halves, can't wait to get the other 2!

WOW! Well done. I started out excellent with dimes too, (25ish Mercs and and 6 Rosies in a 1.5 boxes of CWRs) and reality set in. Lucky to do 1 per $100. Anyways, great score and better pics! HH
