Nice earring and The one I found was also a solid TID of 1 on my EQ800

Small, open hoop and relatively shallow gold like that can and does show as 1.

Same with gold chains. The EQX is so sensitive, it sees items like a small gold chain that the CTX or Excal can and often does pass up.

Just my experience with all three detectors... your mileage may vary.
