Ok I’m confused, you found a Virginia half penny right? Not a silver schilling that you have a photo of at the bottom of your post. The half penny is still an amazing find and I up voted this, not trying to take anything away from you. But this is the variety with 670,000 minted not 6, right?

Yes, It’s a 1773 Virginia Half Penny. The sample photo I originally posted was incorrect. Sorry for the confusion. This is not a silver schilling. I uploaded another sample photo that properly represents the VHP.
 

Awesome finds- proves door kocking is worth it- even if they say no, you're in the same boat as is you never asked- when you get a yes- look what can happen- Very nice work!
