Thanks! I think it is an Atkins 355. Reverse BEL * ONA. My book also has the date as 1777 but it may actually be 1771.

Yeah I was going by list alone. Looks like 1771 for sure, but notice the 1s and 7s appear to be different sizes which seems sort of odd if the same number punch was used. Also note the little interesting out of place G at the bottom. I skimmed through JR's auction but didn't see that mentioned so don't know if it means anything.
Someone must have made the decision post-Atkins that 1771 was a more accurate choice even given that the digits may not be quite following the rules. I didn't notice the G until you pointed it out. Other evasions have initials under the bust similarly though this one wasn't mentioned in my book -but the book I have is just a one chapter basic listing.
Counterfeit book should be out this monthEvasions won't be covered but some of the more important families will.
