First of my fields (corn) opened up today. I had plaster to sand, but my buddy went...little later he called & said he just found a well-worn 1835 Bust dime. I said "That's great, but I have to get this plaster done!" A while later he calls & says " I just found a pristeen 1854-O half dollar!"
So, needless to say......off I went! Only had 2 hrs., & I didn't hunt anywhere near him, but only found a flat button, .32 rimfire cart. & some misc. scraps.
Then, with 15 min. left I went back where he found his coins...detected about 30ft. & got a good silver signal on the DFX. Thought it was going to be a dime, but was really happy when I turned up this 1795 2 Reale.....worn really bad....but I'll take it!!
Guessing this was a pouch or pocket spill.
