Way to go, xlt nh. I'm still trying to break into the 1800's....heck, who am I kidding. I'd settle for a coin in the 19-teens!

Being from California, I thought Liberty Caps were something else entirely. Hmmmm....

Nicely done and welcome to the forum. Now go out and find some more!

Awesome find man,WTG!! You got me beat, on age anyway.I don't know why but large cents are my favorite coin to find, just something about them ,who knows who could have held that coin in there hand, maybe one of our founding fathers.I say they're my favorite to find but I have yet to find a silver dollar,my attitude might change then but for now those and half cents are my favorite. Great job and keep on swingin' that bling thing!!!
Congrats, Bootstrap

Sweet find!! Large coppers are my favorite coin to find. I bet you were floating all the way home after finding it.

Thanks everyone!..and to Jeff for making the photo better! ;)

I sent this story into Whites...and they replied asking if they could post it on their site and use it for advertising purposes! Yeah!! :D

Even better...they offered me $200 worth of shopper dollars for submitting the story and find!! So...if any of you Whites users have a great find...I'd suggest going to the site and sending them your story...can't hurt!! ;)

Happy Holidays to All! Hank 8)

Yes Whites is Amazing for that.

I wish Minelab did it.

I'm not sure if any others are as Quick to Reward their Customers
as Whites Has.
